Dance Styles on offer at LIFT

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to
create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will make you want to keep dancing.

Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a
calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.

JFH (Jazz/Funk/HipHop)

A great mix of jazz, funk and hip hop.

Hip Hop

A class that allows you to discover and develop your own style.

Lyrical

A style that comes from the heart that is loosely based on a mix of contemporary and modern.

Dance Aerobics

A fun and energetic aerobics class based on many different styles of dance for cardio, toning and coordination.

Body & Soul

A calming and rejuvenating class for all skill and flexibility levels. A mix of toning/strengthening/stretching and relaxation. Please bring a mat if you have one. Limited mats are available.

Ballet

A casual class concentrating mainly on technique and posture. Barre and centre work. No shoes or tights needed, whatever you feel comfortable in.

Burlesque

Bring out your sexy moves and let the giggles take over! From feathers to canes it will always remain all in the name of fun!

Musical Theatre Dance

From Cats and Chicago to Wicked and Legally Blonde with everything in between. A fun and exciting way to bring out your inner Broadway star. (temporarily not running)

Tots All Rounder

Bring out your little star performer with our mixed class of singing, jazz and drama.


Dance Levels

Open- Beginners-intermediate
High School- High school age
Primary- Primary school age
Tots- 4-7yrs

Please be advised that as of 17/10/11 Lift will be unable to run a class with only one participant.
Also, if there is 3 participants or less, an hour class will become a 45min class.
To avoid this situation new friend recruits are strongly advised.
